Virginia (Ginger) McKay, PhD, MA, is an assistant professor at the Brown School of Social Work and Public Health at Washington University in St. Louis. McKay’s research focuses on the on the dissemination and implementation of evidence-based practices for infectious disease prevention. She also focuses on the sustainability of interventions that should be continued, as well as the de-implementation of interventions that are either ineffective or harmful.
